BPK Estate Agents came to us with the desire to refresh both the design and content of their existing website, which they felt was dated and no longer reflected their position in the market.

They wanted to improve search engine ranking potential and attract new clients from a wider range of property values.

Starting with in-depth SEO research from Bacon Marketing, the resulting data allowed us to define the ideal pages required on the website, and the keywords and phrases to target within.

This information also allowed us to understand the types of information website visitors would be looking for in order to place BPK as their preferred estate agent to work with when buying, selling, or letting a property.

Once the copywriting was available, we worked with Maxine from Unicorn Creative to craft the page designs, using professional photography from Harry Atkinson, which really brought a personal and original touch to the visuals and brand.

Whilst all of the above work was ongoing, we worked in the background to build a custom API link between Joomla (the website CMS platform) and the ReapIT platform which BPK use to list their properties across a range of other platforms such as RightMove.

This custom development allows the website to update the property data shown on the website on a daily scheduled basis, ensuring the website is up to date with all of their listings. 

The finished BPK Estate Agents website places the business in the friendly and professional light they wished for.

Training and support are provided to their staff that allows them to update the website content as appropriate, managing elements such as the blog and featured properties display.

As the property feed API development is our own in-house creation, it allows us to easily support BPK as any changes are made to the ReapIT platform and their requirements from the website.
